His tenure includes prominent roles in corporations like Motorola, Mutual Trust Bank (MTB), IDLC Finance, and Impress Group, where his innovative solutions garnered recognition. A trailblazer in financial structuring, Mr. Sajed orchestrated groundbreaking initiatives such as floating the first-ever BDT 3,500 million convertible bond for a bank and a BDT 700 million Zero Coupon Bond for the apparel sector. Notably, he structured the BDT 10,000 million inaugural Impact Fund for Bangladesh, launched by the Honorable Prime Minister. Committed to nurturing future talent, Mr. Sajed engages in academia as an adjunct faculty member at BRAC University, sharing his wealth of knowledge. A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh, trained by KPMG-Bangladesh, he further honed his expertise by completing the Sustainable Investing course from Harvard Business School. Beyond his corporate endeavors, Mr. Sajed chairs SAJ ImpactBLiss Limited, a consultancy focused on Sustainable Investing, and serves as an Independent Director of NCC Bank Limited.
